Who we are

Your Wyoming Fire and EMS Department is comprised of 60 volunteer firefighters, EMTs, and part-time paramedics who provide a wide range of services to both Wyoming and surrounding communities with over 700 calls a year.

We provide fire prevention training at all area schools and preschools, child car seat installations, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector installations, and support community activities.

The Wyoming Firefighters Association is a 510(c)4 organization that functions to support fire department activities and members. The Turkey Raffle is our only fundraiser. This fast-paced, family-friendly event has been a Wyoming tradition for over 80 years! 

The Association is also instrumental in providing needed equipment for the Fire Department beyond the City’s municipal budget.
